EV.COM had ambitions of being the premier online marketplace for EVs, but they were launching into a crowded market with well-established players.
To challenge the likes of AutoTrader and CarGurus they needed an insight-fuelled brand strategy that positioned them for growth.

Helping a healthcare clinic identify, understand, and reach priority clients
Overview
Right Step Nutrition is a private nutritional counselling clinic run by registered dietitians competing in a crowded and confusing landscape of gurus, apps, and online programs.
Right Step was bringing a decade of counselling and healthcare experience, but like many founder-led service businesses felt like they were wasting time and money on marketing without clear results.

Building capacity and communicating impact at an iconic cultural site
Overview
An iconic community hub, tourist destination, and multi-disciplinary arts and music venue on Toronto's waterfront, Harbourfront Centre was also an institution in crisis: Donations were in decline, and traditional attempts to improve them weren't working.
To help them build a more research-informed approach to marketing, fundraising, and audience development, we started by defining a new set of audience and donor personas and creating a clear, compelling messaging framework for each that spoke to their unique needs and engagement styles.
